Working with Bilermen Partners

From a question
to an agreed assignment.

A clear objective, a defined scope and regular coordination help turn an initial business question into practical work.

What to share first

A short description is enough to begin. Tell us about your company, the product or project, the result you are looking for and any important deadline. Relevant background materials help us understand the assignment.

Three stages of the work

  1. Understand the task

We discuss the objective, available information and the decisions you need to make. This helps identify which questions need research, contacts or local coordination.

  2. Agree on the scope

Before starting, we agree on the work, materials to be delivered, timing and commercial terms. The assignment can focus on a specific question or a broader project.

  3. Work through the details

We carry out the agreed tasks, coordinate communications and keep you informed of progress, responses and questions that remain open.

What the assignment should make clear

  • The objective and the tasks included in the work
  • The materials or records to be delivered and the planned timing
  • Client inputs, contact persons and the approach to progress updates
  • Fees, payment terms and any additional work to be agreed separately

What you may receive

Depending on the assignment, the work may produce a market overview, a partner shortlist, an outreach record, a visit programme, meeting notes or a project action list. The agreed materials should show what has been established and what still needs checking.

Agree on the next step

Use the findings and responses to decide whether to continue discussions, arrange a visit or commission further work. Buyer interest, approvals and third-party decisions depend on the specific opportunity; they are separate from the materials we agree to deliver.

Tell us where you are starting.

Describe the question you want to resolve. We can discuss a suitable scope and the information needed to begin.
